Little Explorer Concierge – Terms & Conditions

1. Payment

  • All prices quoted are in Dollars ($) and are exclusive of Taxes unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon. Charges on statements may appear as “Little Explorer Concierge”.

  • Additional costs incurred during the delivery of any service (e.g. car parking, tickets, booking fees) will be charged at actual cost, unless explicitly included in a package price.

  • For hourly-based services or requests involving extended time and effort, overtime or mileage-based surcharges may apply.

  • Payments for ad-hoc bookings must be made in advance. Account clients must settle invoices within 30 days of issue.

  • Late payments may incur interest and administration fees.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be charged in full.

  • If services include third-party bookings (e.g. hotel, travel, events), any applicable cancellation fees from the third-party provider will be charged accordingly.

  • “No Shows” or failure to meet at the agreed time and location without prior notice will be treated as a full cancellation.

  • Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

3. Service Terms

  • Little Explorer Concierge will make every reasonable effort to deliver services as agreed. However, we are not liable for delays or non-performance due to factors outside our control, including (but not limited to) traffic delays, extreme weather, strikes, or third-party failures.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a service if the client’s conduct is deemed unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.

  • Any requests for changes to confirmed bookings (such as timings, destinations, or number of guests) must be made at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability and possible additional charges.

  • Waiting time beyond the initially agreed time may be charged at our current hourly rate.

  • All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete information is provided at the time of booking.

  • If any additional cleaning or repair is required due to unreasonable behaviour, spillage, or damage during service, the client will be billed accordingly.

  • For services involving children, clients must ensure appropriate adult supervision is available where required.

  • The client is responsible for any loss or damage caused to third-party property or services engaged on their behalf.

5. Liability

  • While we take every care to ensure a high standard of service, Little Explorer Concierge accepts no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including financial loss or missed opportunities.

  • We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our control.

  • Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date.

6. General

  • We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be published on our website or provided upon request.

  • We reserve the right to substitute any personnel or third-party provider, if necessary, to fulfil service requirements.

  • By making a booking with Little Explorer Concierge, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
